How can I cancel or edit an order?

You can cancel your order while it is still in the processing status. Once the status changes to Shipped, the order cannot be canceled. Once a cancellation request is submitted, it cannot be undone.

Why is my order delayed?

Order delays can occur for a variety of reasons; for example, items going out of stock after you place your order. We are doing our best to adjust our course to keep up with the ever-growing demand on popular and desired products from our customers.

How do I reset my password?

  1. Open the forgot password page.
  2. Enter the email address registered to your account.
  3. Select Request Verification Code.
  4. Check your email for the code. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder.This code expires after 30 minutes.
  5. If your code expired, you can request a new one using the steps above.
  6. Enter the code and a new password that you have not used before.
  7. Select Submit.
  8. Sign in using your new password.

I have noticed that the price of a product has risen in price recently. Why is this?

Price increases are often out of our control. We do try to hold these back as long as possible because our aim is to offer our customers the best quality, value for money and service that we can. Our buyers work very hard to negotiate the best prices available and when we do obtain any price reductions we pass them on to our customers immediately.
