Kazyony is a “thank you” from Kazyon that rewards your visits and shopping with us. Kazyony gives you kazyonat each time you shop at Kazyon, which can be redeemed in your future shopping visits.

How to register?
Provide the cashier with your mobile number at the end of your shopping visit and start earning kazyonat every time you shop at Kazyon. Registration is free of charges.
Just do not forget to add every shopping visit to your Kazyony wallet.

Change
Your change is safe with Kazyon. Change can be added in your walled in term of kazyonat that can be used in your next shopping visit.

Kazyonat
Every 50 kazyona are equivalent to EGP 1 in your Kazyony wallet.

How to use the Kazyonat
Ask the cashier to pay with your kazyonat at the end of each shopping visit.
If the available kazyonat are not enough to cover your receipt, you can always buy kazyonat.
In case kazyonat were used to pay for a product and the customer want to make a refund, the value of the products will be refunded in terms of kazyonat only.

The amount of kazyonat earned will vary depending on the products purchased. With every purchase you make, you will receive kazyonat that can be used in future shopping visits. Do not forget to register your number at the end of each shopping visits to collect kazyonat.
In case product are returned, the amount of kazyonat added to your wallet will be deducted.
  • How much are my kazyonat worth?
Every 50 kazyona are equivalent to EGP 1
  • When can I start paying with my Kazyony wallet?
Once you collect your first 50 kazyona.
  • How can I know the kazyonat in my Kazyony wallet?
All the kazyonat you accumulate in your Kazyony wallet will be written at the end of your receipt
  • If I forgot to tell the cashier to add my shopping to Kazyony wallet, can I claim back the kazyonat?
Your kazyonat cannot be added manually into your wallet.
  • When do the kazyonat expire?​​​​​​​
It expires in one year from the registration, yet terms and conditions apply at the discretion of Kazyon.

  • I have more than one Kazyony, what shall I Do?

Each wallet is registered to one number only. We recommend that each family uses one mobile number to accumulate the kazyonat in so you can get the maximum benefit out of it. As you cannot transfer kazyonat from one wallet to the other.
